If you have any problems while trying to register please email us immediately so we can resolve your issues. The form is set up so that you must enter at least four players with a maximum of six players per team. All of the information on the form is required of the Team Captain and the person submitting payment. Team members names are required. Please provide as much information as you can about your team members so we can reach out to them for future events. If you don’t have all four team members yet, just enter TBA in the player’s name space. You must have all team members identified prior to commencement of play.
